How are your injuries going Steve? Spose it's a bit cold out to risk further injury.......stuck in the gym???
I've managed to avoid any recent injuries lately. I don't know why, but I'm not complaining about it. My running is still too slow, but instead of working on speed I'm just dodging injuries.
