After yesterday's post I've since had my pep talk. I avoided telling my trainer until he asked me while he was stretching out my legs at the end of the session "so have you decided what you're doing next?"
I replied, "um, yeah sort of" & then went on to explain my anxious state. He laughed & said "you idiot, you could do it now. tomorrow. you don't even have to train. well not exactly not train, you can stay on the couch for the next 8 weeks. just keep doing what you are doing. you'll be fine".
So. I haven't signed up yet, but I will & I suppose if I don't run very fast it doesn't matter, so long as I finish. In under an hour!!!
